Advanced PTC Films

The PTC films are available in a thickness of 100 to 200 microns. With the films, easy further processing is possible in combination with other film materials. The electrode structures can be printed directly after pre-treatment of our films or can be produced via foil composites with foils already equipped with electrodes. After tempering the film composite, stable electrical properties are achieved. Together with you, we develop the film materials and the contacting according to your requirements.

You will get a very short heating time up to temperature equilibrium.
With printed structures it is possible to get contacting Elements on the film surface.
In some cases pre-treatment of the film is necessary before processing of the contacting.
Contacting via lamination is also possible.
It is no temperature control required for the application as a heating element.
You get a very uniform heat distribution and without hotspots.
Low performance in the desired temperature range offer you a cost saving application.
The setting of heating capacity is possible in a wide range up to 2 kW/m².
